Rise Leadership will take place at the new Macquarie Bank headquarters in Sydney on Thursday April 10 and Friday April 11 together with a host of special networking experiences. (Kicking off with a networking function on Wednesday April 9).

Our theme this year is Action! providing you with the tools and takeaways to help you support your team and yourself to thrive through a greater understanding of the role of mental wellness in performance.  It will be a mini-MBA experience for real estate leaders revealing the new frameworks to take action and professionally lead high-performing teams and businesses regardless of market conditions.

Our themes include the psychology of trust, success versus fulfilment, managing the constant cortisol spikes of real estate, building EQ and self-awareness in teams, the art of noticing, skills for dealing with difficult conversations, rebuilding after burnout and achieving balance.
