A mental wellness app for your brand

Real estate franchises and independent groups will now be able to customise the Rise Initiative’s award-winning Real Care App.

Having empowered real estate professionals in Australia and New Zealand to take charge of their health and wellbeing for the past four years, the App is set to be relaunched in May.

Along with a sleek new look and improved format, the relaunch will include a white-label version featuring personalised corporate branding and links to a company’s own Employee Assistance Program.

Additional key pages can be customised with messaging specific to your group, including other wellness initiatives, company policies or company-specific support.

Development of your company’s App can be delivered to your group for a fraction of the cost of building your own, and it will be updated with new best-practice mental wellness content each time the Real Care App is revised.

As an award-winning, industry-recognised App that delivers both education and support, Real Care can also provide a useful tool to help your franchisees and office owners with their legal obligations under the new Commonwealth work health and safety laws.

How to use your new branded Real Care App

  1. Launch the App with a session about mental wellness at your next conference, leadership event or sales meeting. The Rise Initiative works with all major real estate coaches and has its own great presentation called Brain Hacks for Real Estate.
  2. Include the App in your onboarding information for new franchisees and their teams, encouraging them to download the App as a vital part of employment tool kit.
  3. Create a landing page for the app and encourage offices and their teams to find out more.
  4. Include information about your App in company-wide newsletters and your intranet – Rise can share articles about key mental wellness concepts.
  5. Share information about the App during your recruitment process, to inform prospective office owners and sales agents about your commitment to health and wellness in the workplace.

How much does it cost to brand the Real Care app for your franchise?

$15,000 Ex GST

Pricing includes:

  • User-interface (UI) Design incorporating company style guide in designs, including brand logo, colours, fonts, and icons,
  • Creation of design prototype
  • Implementation of design changes
  • Deployment to roll out of app to Google Play and Apple App
  • Store and integration of Google Analytics and data reporting tools
  • Quality Assurance including bug fixing and testing
  • Management, meetings, correspondence and approvals

Support Rise Initiative

To participate in the Real Care White Label app, franchise groups are encouraged to donate between $5000 – $10,000 per annum for three years to the Rise Initiative to support the work we do as the mental health charity for real estate.

Donations are tax deductible and can be made through your organisation’s charitable trust.

Rise Initiative Ltd is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) from 18 Oct 2019. It is covered by Item 1 of the table in section 30-15 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 .
