Announcing the Rise Champions Program – an outreach program that trains industry leaders on presenting Rise material and initiatives and supports them to present at training days, conferences and major events.
This will enable us to continue to build awareness and education of the importance of health and wellbeing in the Real Estate world and to understand it’s link to high performance and success.
We can then be able to more effectively deliver tools, language, frameworks and opportunities that move the needle on the benefits to our people on healthy minds and better life and productivity outcomes that result.
We will be able to grow the number of people we reach to make mental wellness a mainstream conversation in real estate through consistent engagement across the year.
