Next year, we’ve separated the Rise Leadership and main conference and placed them into different sections of the year to make it easier to get away, and ensure they don’t clash with other industry events.
RiSE Leadership Awakening 2023

Once a year the RiSE Initiative brings together real estate’s boldest thinkers and biggest hearts to discuss how we can transform leadership in our industry so that it is centred around people, not transactions.
Our conversations are challenging, revelatory and deeply empowering. We support a safe space where that leaders can think, brainstorm, contribute and connect to creating a braver real estate space through masterclasses and guided explorations of modern leadership.
This year, we’re moving Leadership to Sydney with the theme Awakenings, and have have an option to stay at the Intercontinental Hotel, or choose your own accommodation.
